Combined with more than a decade inside the event industry, this gives us a perspective that is rare in our space: we understand both how brands are built and how this industry actually works.

We

Do?

We don’t make brands look bigger. We help them become bigger. We don’t build brands people notice. We build brands people want to be associated with. We don’t focus on attention. We focus on preference. We don’t measure awareness. We measure demand. We don’t build service-led businesses. We build desire-led brands. We don’t help businesses stay where they are. We build brands for what’s next.

What Don't

Become The Obvious Choice

Zuzu Birkhof is a Berlin-based brand strategist and Managing Director of HAUS OF BIRKHOF · Brand Affairs.

Her background is unusually interdisciplinary. She began her career in strategy-led advertising, contributing to campaigns for brands such as BMW, adidas and McDonald’s, before studying photography and spending years representing leading photographers from Paris, Los Angeles, New York, Berlin and Munich.

She later spent more than a decade inside the event industry, working closely with luxury planners, venues, hospitality brands and creative businesses around the world.

This combination of advertising strategy, visual expertise and industry knowledge gives her a perspective that is exceptionally rare in the event space.

Today, she helps established brands close the gap between the level they operate at and the way they are perceived. Through Brand Affairs, she works with a small number of clients each year on positioning, brand strategy and growth.
