A new identity and digital experience transformed the brand from photographer to artist. Alongside the website, we developed a digital gallery concept that positions her as a visual voice of the Engadin, transforming her work into collectible pieces connected to one of Switzerland’s most iconic regions. The shift created a brand people seek out, not just a service they book.
Outcome
Despite a strong reputation and consistent demand, the brand no longer reflected the photographer’s true ambition. Clients were booking photography as a service rather than seeking out a distinct artistic perspective.
Through a strategic repositioning, we reframed the business around authorship, artistic vision and desirability. Our goal was not to change the work. It was to change how the work was perceived.
